RBEW3B Three-layer Coextrusion Extra Film Width Packaging Blown Film Line
The RBEW Three-layer Coextrusion Extra Film Width Packaging Blown Film Line uses the latest technology of coextrusion and new design oscillating haul-off.
- Air Exhausted type extrusion systems. The heat is exhausted out of the factory by using an air extraction cooling method. No effect to the ambient temperature around the bubble.
- Central feeding die head in low height shorten melt flow path and reduce the residence time of the melt as it goes through the extrusion system.
- Temperature controlling automatic air ring with high precision is easy to maintain. It reduces the film thickness tolerance by at least 30%.
- Silicone bubble cage with anti-sticking foam rollers. No scratch to the film surface.
- High strength vertical oscillating haul-off unit for over wide film.
- Winder combining with three kinds of winding modes (contact, central and gap winding modes).
The application of a number of advanced technologies can greatly improve the productivity, making the film thickness more uniform, reducing the energy consumption and creating more value for users.
